Job Scheduler

Job Scheduler allows properties to automatically generate reports, extracts, invoices, and queries and send them to users at scheduled time intervals. Properties can also generate reports containing reservation and revenue details in a format that is compatible with ProfitSword or Casino Cash Trac. Reports, extracts, and queries can be configured to be shared to the user through email or placed in a shared path. To share them through email, the property must configure an email template and must create a distribution list with preferred users. To save reports in a scheduled folder path, SFTP configurations must be enabled for the property, see the Creating SFTP connections section in this document.    

Reports can be generated in the PDF, XLS, and Word file formats. Users can add only one report to a schedule.
